You can send your request online under our FORMS section or email email@example.com to have your maintenance concerns addressed.
You can provide our office with post-dated cheques, sign up for CAFT (Customer Automated Fund Transfer) to have your rent taken out of your bank account, pay direct with online banking (look for “Forthright” on your bank’s payee list), or attend our office to pay by cash, money order, debit or credit card.
Any person 18 years or older who will be moving into your suite must fill out an application form, available online or at our office in order to be on the lease. The applicant would be subject to the same review as any other applicant including confirmation of rental history, employment/income and credit checks.
Our pet policy allows for our tenants to have cats with a pet deposit that is equal to half the first months’ rent payable at the time of lease signing. We do not allow dogs of any type or size.
The no smoking policy includes the suite and all common areas of the building. You may smoke on your own balcony. See our "Smoking Waiver" policy for more details.
We do allow propane barbeques.

How To Get Started
You can contact our Leasing Staff to set up a date and time that works for you. You can call or text 204.960.7550, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
You can fill out our application under FORMS on this website which will submit electronically to our office. We can also provide you with a hard copy upon request. Please fill out the application in full and execute it at the bottom of the page. We require the security deposit, equal to half of the first months’ rent, in order to process the application. You can e-Transfer the security deposit, or transfer it via online banking (we're a payee with all major banking institutions), or contact our Leasing Staff to arrange for pick-up.
Our goal is to review and respond to all applicants within 1 business day.
Our leasing agent would be in touch with you to book a date and time that suites your schedule for a lease signing. We require lease documents to be signed within 48 hours of approval.
Our leasing staff will be in touch with you after your lease signing to make all necessary arrangements. Normally 1 week before the intended date, whenever possible.
